Gift Guide – Wellness Edition

This gift guide is perfect for any occasion…Christmas, birthdays, graduation, or simply as a gift for yourself. It’s also a way to shower someone with love who may be going through a difficult time.

I have to admit, this was by far my favorite gift guide to put together, because it’s geared towards self-care, wellness, and mental health. I wanted to carefully curate a guide with items I think will make your day {or someone else’s} a little brighter.

xx,

Kait

  1. Corkcicle Triple-Insulated Stemless Glass: $24 | Hot chocolate with friends, morning coffee, glass of wine, or mocktail…this cup keeps your drink cold for 9 hours, or hot for 3.
  2. Ugg Slippers: $85 | These are the best slippers ever. I’ve had mine for years, and nothing compares.
  3. Billie Razor: $9 | I mean this. BEST razor ever. Everyone needs it. Your mom, brother, cousin…whoever. Gives the most smooth & buttery shave. Billie supports female empowerment (no pink tax!), plus $9 for refills. WHAT?!
  4. Dotted Grid Journal: $10 | A durable, yet affordable bullet journal. The pages are thick, and ink will not bleed through!
  5. Educated & Maybe You Should Talk To Someone: $14 | Both these books will challenge the way you think, while fostering self-awareness and healing. Highly recommend.
  6. Jade Roller: $28 | So many ways to use a jade roller. Keep it in the freezer and use in the AM do de-puff under the eyes, or use to release jaw tension, rub in skincare, and stimulate lymphatic drainage.
  7. CBD Calm: $25 | I’m going to be flat out honest, most CBD products have not helped me at all. I quit trying them for awhile, but recently had the chance to try this. First CBD product I have used where I can truly sense a feeling of calmness. Plus it’s chocolate…added bonus.
  8. Stainless Steel Reusable Straws: $7 | We can’t do everything to save the environment, but we can do something. This is a simple, easy way to reduce single-plastic use. Comes with 8 straws. Keep some at home, in the car, or in your purse.
  9. Free People Synergy Bra Top: $58 | Someone gifted this to me, and now I want it in every color…super soft & flattering. I loved it so much, I gifted one to a friend for Christmas. She loved it too.
  10. Your Tea: A friend on IG told me about this tea, because it changed her skin. It’s helped me too, & I am so grateful. The fertility blend assists with PCOS, skin issues, digestion, and more. They have other blends too, like “happy” tea. DM them on IG! They are very helpful. But according to them, the fertility blend is a great choice for women.
  11. Free People 7/8 Legging: $98 | These match the top above…equally as flattering and comfy. I personally love how stretchy they are for workouts, but cute for on-the-go. Light as a feather and great for weight lifting, yoga, or HIIT.
  12. Initial Necklace: $11 | Every time I wear this, I get so many compliments. Jered got it for me for my birthday, but then I found it on Amazon for wayyyyy cheaper! Same exact necklace.
  13. Weighted Blanket: $249 | A hand-knitted blanket to promote deeper sleep and calmness. On my list! I’ve heard great things about weighted blankets for anxiety relief. Choose from 15, 20 & 25 pounds.
  14. Mindfulness Cards: A great way to cultivate mindfulness. Each card has something inspirational on the front with a small mindfulness exercise on the back. Draw one card to set the tone for the day.
  15. Fabric Resistance Bands: Finally bands that don’t slide, break, or roll. Comfortable on bare skin and no pinching!
  16. Dual-Sided Glider Disks: For core exercises, strength, & flexibility. Use the “standard” for the gym or the “court” for hardwood floors (or any floor you don’t want scratched).
  17. Infrared Heating Mat Pad: My lovely friend @thewellnecessities has raved about this mat. Created for relaxation & healing by generating negative ions that sooth, stimulate, & cleanse tissues. Used for stress, joint/muscle pain, circulation, etc.
  18. Foam Roller: Any person that moves needs this. We use ours 2-3 times a week for recovery, mobility, and muscle soreness.
  19. Konjac Sponge: Wish I had known about these sooner! A gentle way to cleanse any skin type. Also exfoliates without being super harsh. I use mine to help remove makeup by putting the cleanser directly on the sponge. Each sponge lasts 2-3 months.
  20. Doppel Wristband: LOVE THIS. It’s been a blessing for my anxiety. Sends vibrations to your wrist, which are based on your resting heart rate. It essentially tricks your brain into thinking you’re calm. So when your anxious, your brain recognizes the rhythm as something you would experience when you first wake up and is like “oh okay. I remember this feeling. I must be relaxed, even though you could be in a situation that freaks you out. Use ‘KAIT15’ for 15% off.
  21. Bees Wrap: Such a genius product! Plastic free & eco-friendly reusable food wrap made from organic cotton & sustainably harvested beeswax.
